How do I report I cannot make a duty shift?
Report in the team captain channel and duty planner at least 72 hours in advance so replacement can be arranged.
Where can I see training hall changes?
Training location changes are posted on the Training schedule page first, then mirrored in the team channels.
Who approves trainer substitutions?
Trainer substitutions are coordinated by the head trainer coordinator together with the technical committee.
What happens if no one shows for ref/counting duty?
The match coordinator assigns emergency coverage and reports the miss to the duty rotation list for follow-up.
Can teams swap bar shifts with each other?
Yes, if both team captains confirm the swap and update the bar schedule record before Thursday 18:00.
